In certain overhanging printing sections, noticeable support marks, print seams, and similar features may occur—these are all normal process-related phenomena. We will make every effort to avoid such issues on aesthetic surfaces; however, complete elimination is not feasible due to inherent technical limitations. Print Layer Lines

The working principle of FDM 3D printing entails heating filaments to over 200°C for melting, followed by layer-by-layer extrusion and deposition. Consequently, subtle layer line textures are inherently present on the surface of finished products.

Layer Line Seams

The starting position of the print head during material extrusion for each layer constitutes the seam point for that layer. Such seams are unavoidable, but we will restrict their placement to non-aesthetic surfaces, typically the back of the product.

Overhanging Support Marks

Temporary supports (designated as green areas in technical drawings) are required to facilitate the successful printing of overhanging structures. Contact marks remaining after support removal generally appear on the bottom surface of the product.

Do not expose 3D printed products to direct sunlight for prolonged periods, as this may accelerate material aging and deformation, compromising usability.
Avoid proximity to high-temperature areas or prolonged use in environments exceeding 60°C, which could cause product deformation and damage.
3D printed products have lower structural strength than those manufactured via injection molding and other processes. When moving the product, please remove the main unit first to prevent component breakage or deformation during transportation, which may affect usability.
