A. Refund/Return Policies

Customers who purchase LONELYFOX products are eligible for an unconditional return service within 14 calendar days from the date of receiving the product (based on courier records, the same below). When returning the product, customers must present valid proof of purchase and provide an invoice (if available). Customers are required to ensure the returned product retains its original quality, functionality, and intact appearance, with all trademarks and certification marks undamaged. Any free gifts or complimentary items included with the product must be returned in brand-new, undamaged condition to facilitate subsequent refurbishment and resale.

Returns will not be accepted if the product is damaged, the packaging box or any accessories are missing, or if there are other conditions that affect its resale. Logistics costs incurred during the return process shall be borne by the customer.

Once the returned product that meets the requirements is received, the refund will be credited to the customer’s account within 60 calendar days. The refund method will be the same as the original payment method. The actual date when funds become available to the customer may be affected by factors such as banks and payment institutions.

Within 14 calendar days from the date of receiving the product, if the product has functional defects not caused by unauthorized use, customers may apply for return service after confirmation by LONELYFOX’s after-sales service department. Customers must present valid proof of purchase and return the invoice (if available); any gifts must be returned together.

Within 14 calendar days from the date of receiving the product, if the product has functional defects not caused by unauthorized use, customers may apply for a free replacement with a brand-new product after confirmation by LONELYFOX’s after-sales service department. The warranty period of the replaced product will be recalculated.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please first contact our support team via email: support@lonelyfoxtech.com. After confirmation, you will receive the return address corresponding to your regional market.

B. Warranty Policy

Within 14 calendar days from the date of receiving the product, if the product has functional defects not caused by unauthorized use, repair services will be provided after confirmation by LONELYFOX’s after-sales service department. This limited warranty policy only applies to products purchased directly from LONELYFOX and its authorized dealers.

  • Lifetime Warranty: Bags, Filters
  • 1-Year Warranty: Dust-proof bases not produced via 3D printing
  • 6-Month Warranty: Accessory products and product series produced via 3D printing

C. Product and Accessory Replacement

If warranty service involves the replacement of products or accessories, the ownership of the replaced products/accessories will be transferred to LONELYFOX, while the ownership of the newly replaced products/accessories will belong to the customer. Only unmodified LONELYFOX products and accessories are eligible for replacement under this warranty policy.

Replaced products or accessories provided by LONELYFOX may not be brand-new, but they must be fully functional and meet or exceed the performance of the original items being replaced. The replaced products or accessories will enjoy the same warranty service as the original product for the remaining warranty period.

Note:

  • Products with missing accessories are not eligible for the 60-day unconditional return service.
  • To apply for warranty service, the following must be provided: proof of purchase with the purchase date, and a description of the product’s name and model. If no proof of purchase is available, the warranty period will start 30 days after the product’s manufacturing date.

D. The Following Conditions Are Not Covered by the Warranty:

  1. Damage caused by improper use or storage.
  2. Damage resulting from failure to follow the instructions in the user manual or from intentional acts.
  3. Unauthorized disassembly or modification of the product.
  4. Consumable parts or components.
  5. Damage caused by repairs performed by unauthorized personnel.
  6. Further damage resulting from continued use of the product after a problem has occurred.
  7. Expiration of the warranty period.
  8. Issues caused by human factors, force majeure (e.g., earthquakes, fires, wars, etc.), or other defects not inherent to the product.

E. After-Sales Service Fee Instructions

For repair items not covered by free services, paid repair services are available. Specific fees vary by product and can be confirmed by consulting after-sales service staff. If accessories are replaced during the repair, the replaced accessories will have a 6-month warranty period.

F. Disclaimer

  1. To protect the legitimate rights and interests of users, please carefully read the User Manual and Safety Instructions provided with the product before use. The company reserves the right to update these documents.
  2. Once you start using this product, you are deemed to have read, understood, and accepted all terms and contents of the product’s User Manual and Safety Instructions. The customer agrees to take responsibility for their actions and all consequences arising therefrom, and promises to use the product only for authorized purposes and accept this clause as well as any relevant policies or guidelines formulated by LONELYFOX.
  3. The user shall bear full responsibility for any personal injury, accident, property loss, legal dispute, or other adverse events causing conflicts of interest that result from violating the User Manual or Safety Instructions, or from force majeure. The company shall not be liable for such incidents.
  4. The company shall not be responsible for any illegal activities conducted directly or indirectly by the user while using this product.
  5. The warranty service does not cover claims for incidental or indirect property losses incurred by the customer due to the product.
  6. If any part of this policy is deemed invalid, it shall not affect the validity of other provisions. The company reserves the final right of interpretation of this policy.
  7. LONELYFOX shall not be liable for any loss or leakage of data (including confidential information, proprietary information, or personal information) through the product.

G. Other Notices

✧ If you provide an incorrect shipping address or the recipient refuses to accept delivery, all resulting losses shall be borne by the customer.

✧ If you need to return a product across international borders, you must first obtain consent from LONELYFOX. All customs duties, clearance fees, and other related costs incurred shall be borne by you.

✧ After receiving the product, please inspect it for damage (e.g., damage caused by logistics). If any issues are found, contact LONELYFOX’s after-sales service within 24 hours. Failure to do so will be deemed acceptance of the product’s condition, and no subsequent claims will be accepted.
