Shipping Information
Please provide a residential address for delivery. Deliveries to business addresses may not be completed.
Expedited Shipping is not available for P.O. Boxes (Post Office Boxes) or APO/FPO addresses (Army Post Office/Fleet Post Office addresses).
All orders, excluding pre-ordered items, will be shipped within 1–3 working days.
Customers will receive a shipping tracking number within 2–3 working days.
Please note: Weekends and international holidays may cause delivery delays.
Shipping Duration
Orders will be shipped via Standard Shipping by default. If you require Expedited Shipping, please contact customer service to confirm two things: 1) whether your region supports Expedited Shipping, and 2) the additional shipping fees that will apply.
